Finally, I get to show you a powerful method of healing your kidneys and of regaining a proper level of kidney filtration.

Not only can it help you improve your kidney filtration. But if you use the Advanced Kidney Nectar recipe daily for a couple of months or so you can also dissolve kidney stones. This is because many of the herbs in this formula are known to be lithotriptic.

Lithotriptic - Herbs that dissolve kidney and bladder stones.

Lithotriptic herbs in this formula:

Parsley
Plantain
Dandelion greens
Stinging nettle (This is a substitute herb)

NOTE: It is NOT necessary to use all of these herbs to dissolve kidney stones. For instance, just consuming a high amount of fresh raw parsley daily will most definitely remove kidney stones.

One of my LEN members dissolved 5 millimeter kidney stones by drinking 200 grams of parsley juice daily for several months.

I have used some of these herbs myself to regain kidney filtration starting way back in the fall of 2015.

But this combination of herbs and spices is much more potent than what I was using back then.

All of the herbs and spices here are good for improving kidney function and or they are catalyst herbs that generally improve the function of the herbs that they are taken with.

What I am going to do is give you a more advanced recipe first. And what I mean by more advanced is that it is "more potent." But also the flavor is more potent or will be more difficult to take for the average person who has not trained their taste buds to handle bitter and other "weird" flavors.

So all you have to do is start with about 5 to 10% of the herbs that don't taste good to you. Then you gradually increase the amount each day. Eventually you will come to enjoy the strong flavors.

Or in the case of cayenne pepper you may have to build a tolerance to taking it in such a high amount. For me the amount in the recipe is nothing. But I have gradually built up my tolerance to taking such relatively large amounts of cayenne. So if you haven't eaten lots of spicy food before then you are definitely going to have to take much less cayenne at first. Though the fruit (especially the banana) in this nectar will definitely offset or reduce the feeling of heat from the cayenne.

A couple of these herbs are what I would call "Heal-All" or "Polycrest" types of herbs. Unfortunately, these herbs won't actually heal everything by themselves but they are capable of healing a ton of different issues and organs all throughout the body.

In the formula below the two spices that are polycrest herbs:

Cayenne

Ginger

As for healing the kidneys, it's also important to heal the adrenal glands that sit right on top of the kidneys. This is another chronic problem that most people have these days. They have weak adrenals as well as weak kidneys.

And the kidneys and adrenals almost work like they are a single unit. Improve the health of your adrenal glands and you will at the same time improve the health of your kidneys. So it's important to heal both of these organs at the same time.

Luckily several of the herbs in this formula heal not only the kidneys but the adrenal glands as well.

Herbs That Heal the Kidneys and Adrenal Glands at the same time:

Parsley leaf

Dandelion Leaf

Stinging Nettle

Also you may not realize this but celery is an herb as well. And it is also quite healing for the kidneys.

How to Get the Best Results:

You will get MUCH better results if you can use the fresh and raw herb versus a powdered version of the herb. And even better results if you can pick them wild and shortly after, add it to your Kidney Nectar recipe. I find the wild herbs and weeds to be a lot more potent than even the fresh or raw store bought ones.

Advanced Kidney Nectar Recipe:

Bananas (3 to 4 large) 350 to 500 grams

Parsley Fresh about 70 grams (stem and leaf included)

Dandelion Greens Fresh - 40 grams

Plantain Leaf Fresh - 40 grams

Celery (3 large stalks) about 200 grams

Cayenne Pepper (5 grams)

Ginger Root: (10 grams)

Frozen Blueberries (150 to 200 grams)

Water (50 to 100 grams)

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender like a Vitamix. Then drink right away. Do not make extra to drink the next day. For best results you drink it all down right away because over time it will lose more and more of its potency due to the effects of oxidation.

NOTE: Do not overblend. Just blend enough to liquify. The longer and faster you blend the more life force and nutrients are destroyed by oxidation.

Substitutions:

You can substitute fresh stinging nettle for parsley, dandelion or plantain. Or if you don't have dandelion or plantain leaf Plantago Major L. (a very common weed that grows all over the world) then you can use more parsley or just stinging nettle of at least 100 grams for either the parsley or the nettle.

Or if you have no parsley or nettle then you can use more dandelion and plantain leaf. Just keep in mind that dandelion leaves can be quite bitter so consuming them in large quantities will make your recipe taste more bitter. But you will get used to the bitterness over time.

All of the green herbs might take some getting used to in terms of flavor but they will be a healing nectar to your kidneys.

I actually like the bitter flavor from dandelions mixed with the sweet of the fruit in the Kidney Nectar.

Also you can use different frozen fruit if you wish. You could use frozen strawberries, mangoes etc. instead. Use your imagination, preferences and creativity.

The key for healing the kidneys are the herbs including the spices of cayenne and ginger which are both healing to the kidneys and the body overall in general.

REMEMBER: Start VERY Slow

You may want to start making your Kidney Nectar with much less of the herbs than in this advanced version. Start off with maybe 10% of the amount of herbs listed in the recipe. Or just use small amounts of celery and parsley and gradually increase as your taste buds adapt to these new flavors. Then gradually add in one of the other herbs.

The recipe won't be as sweet with the added celery and parsley but your body will get used to it. I actually love my celery and parsley smoothies now.

It could take you a month or two or longer before you are ready to use the amounts of herbs in the advanced formula and have it taste good to you.

Ideally you are picking most of these herbs fresh from your yard or neighborhood. Though they do not grow everywhere. For instance, there is no dandelion, plantain leaf or stinging nettle growing wild in the desert where I live. But I can buy organic parsley and non organic dandelion leaves.
