New Discovery The Ultimate 100% Safe Coffee Replacement
I am so excited to share this with you.
This is a new discovery for me. I just figured this out this little trick less than a week ago.
I just finished my brunch or breakfast and lunch meal combined. Normally after such a large meal I would feel the need to take a nap. Especially since today I only slept about 6.25 hours when I normally like to get 8 or 9 hours of sleep.
Well I am writing to you now and don't have the slightest bit of tiredness. And no I did not drink any coffee or a Red Bull.
But what I did before my brunch meal was to do a special version of aerobic exercise for 10 minutes.
And if you haven't guessed it by now, doing moderate to heavy intensity aerobic exercise for about half hour a day has been proven to boost energy levels throughout much of the day.
I proved this to myself in the early 1990s. I started doing Heavy Hands every evening after work. It is like an aerobic workout with light dumbbells in your hands. And boy did I have so much more energy than my friends.
I remember one time they were helping me move and I was like moving twice as fast as they were. But they weren't doing aerobics or much of any kind of exercise. Yet we were all in our twenties yet they were both younger than me.
NOTE: You won't get the same kind of benefit from simply doing weightlifting or calisthenics. To get increased energy levels you must get your heart rate up to aerobic levels and for a long enough time.
That has been my problem in recent years. I was focusing way more on doing body weight exercises but not on doing any aerobics. And hence my need for naps. I wish I had figured this out years ago.
Of course it would help if I've got a good night of sleep on a consistent basis.
But now I don't need a nap on a day where I under slept for at least 2 hours. And the day before that I only slept 6.75 hours. And again I was able to skip my nap yesterday as well.
Studies have shown that if you want to increase your energy levels you get much much better results by doing aerobics then by doing muscle building exercises only.
Well just two days ago I found a trick or a way to get similar effects as drinking coffee but without feeling jittery and without damaging your body in any way. In fact, this actually makes you healthier but you don’t need to spend anywhere near a half hour doing aerobics.
So you get more energy. And no more feeling this desperate need to take a nap.
Plus a natural high.
And you build new brain cells and or new neurons at the same time. This actually grows the size of the hippocampus area of your brain. Yes it improves memory and overall cognitive function.
What you do is a very special kind of aerobics.
It's like aerobics on steroids.
Anytime that you feel tired you simply do these super aerobics for about 3 to 5 minutes or a bit longer if you are so inclined.
And you don't even have to do it that intensely. You don't even have to get a sweat going. You don't need to get into fitness clothing or go to a gym.
In fact those three to five minutes are extremely pleasurable. Much more enjoyable than a typical aerobics workout and much lower impact. And you can do this in your home or office.
And while you are super oxygenating your blood and creating new energy creating mitochondria inside all of your cells, you are also detoxing your body better than any other kind of exercise. Yes this exercise is great for boosting lymphatic system drainage by over 12 times compared to being sedentary.

Normally after my brunch meal I would have needed to take a nap. And that would have ended up wasting at least an hour out of my day as I got ready and prepared to take my nap. I usually do some reading to help me get tired enough to fall asleep.
Now I just skipped that entirely and wrote you my second email of the day because I didn't need a nap thanks to the HGAFS.
