Stop Exercising Your Muscles, Heart & Lungs - This is WAY Better
Sounds like blasphemy right?
Heck for years I've been pushing you my dear reader to do just that. To exercise your muscles, heart and lungs.
And you know what? That is still a good thing to do. So I'm not actually demonizing it. But I wrote the subject line as I did to get your attention to the fact that you need to pay attention to something much bigger than just exercising your muscles, heart and lungs.
Something I recently realized is that if you want to make just about anything better in your body and in your life you have to exercise it.
Of course if you want to have bigger biceps then you want to exercise your arms possibly with a dumbbell or doing isometric exercises or any other number of ways.
But what about your brain?
If you want to improve your brain function all you have to do is exercise it. You can learn a new language or start juggling. Stuff like that will strengthen your brain dramatically. And it will improve your memory and there's other physical benefits to the body that happened as a result of this brain training.
And what about your bones?
If you do the right kind of exercise you can actually strengthen your bones dramatically. Jogging or running is one exercise that comes to mind. The impact from every step you take is actually helping to make your bones stronger.
What about your tendons, ligaments and other connective tissue in the body?
Did you know there are special exercise routines taking 15 to 20 minutes or so just to exercise and strengthen this connective tissue in your ankles, knees, hands, arms, neck etc?
What about if you want to improve your heart and lung capacity?
Then you need to do different exercises for that, maybe another 15 or 20 minutes to 45 minutes to an hour.
What if you want to focus on strengthening your abs and core?
That workout could take another 10 to 20 minutes.
When I want to improve my spirituality I do what I call a spiritual exercise.
So it seems that exercise is very important to maintaining a healthy and youthful body. But it doesn't just seem that way, there's a tremendous amount of evidence that it is very much true.
So shouldn't we also be exercising our eyes, jaw, teeth, skin, the GI tract, the internal organs and the endocrine system? And to simplify it shouldn’t we be finding a way exercise all of the 100 trillion cells in our body?
What virtually every fitness program seems to neglect is exercising each and every cell in your body.
Each and every cell should be doing the equivalent of a cellular push-up. Or some kind of exercise that strengthens the cells.
That lack of cellular exercise gradually weakens the cell. It’s another way the aging process hits the body.
If you want to stay perpetually youthful you can't just exercise your muscles, heart and lungs.
You have to exercise everything!
Did you know that exercise can heal all sorts of things in the body? It's not just about getting fit.
And if you do the right kind of exercise like long distance running or long aerobic sessions you can actually heal and repair your DNA. In a study it has been found that telomeres in your chromosomes can be lengthened by long distance running and or long aerobic sessions and also via high intensity sprinting exercises or interval training.
And that is just the tip of the iceberg in the way exercise can heal the body.
But who has the time to do all these different kinds of exercises so that you exercise every single cell in the body?
I know I sure don't and maybe that's one reason I've never did it. Heck there's all sorts of muscles I've never even had the time to properly exercise because it would take me too long to thoroughly exercise each and every muscle group along with doing other things I'd like to be doing in a day.
It sounds like a horrible predicament doesn't it?
Well luckily there is a solution.
One way to exercise every cell in the body is to simply go running. Each time you land on the ground you're actually shaking your whole body.
Another way to do it is to jump rope. Because each time you land you are shaking every cell in the body.
Now these are great exercises. I have done them both as I'm sure you might have as well.
But these exercises are far from the best in terms of being able to exercise all of your cells. They only have limited efficiency at exercising every cell and muscle and organ and gland in the body.
Plus these are high impact ways of exercising. Not great for those of us who are getting close to our senior years or are in our senior years. Running and jumping rope can lead to so many different injuries.
What if you could exercise every CELL in your body over 100 times a minute in your living room?
And what if each of those 100 times was far more efficient at exercising your cells then the impact of running or jumping rope?
What if it was the equivalent of each cell lifting a much heavier weight?
What if you could do it in a very low impact way?
And what if this exercise was inherently fun to do by its very nature?
In fact, what if this exercise were actually so fun and easy to do that it becomes super addictive because of how great it makes you feel?
And what if any time you're feeling tired you could do three to five minutes of this super fun exercise and suddenly you're not the least bit tired? And what if it worked at relieving your tiredness even on days when you have under slept?
What if within a week to two weeks of doing this exercise for about 10 minutes a day you started feeling twice as energetic as you used to before you started this?
What if doing this exercise gave you an incredible natural high and made you want to hug everybody?
