When last I left you I was so upset because I had started aging again. Something I had managed to stop for about 3 years. Yes it is possible to stop aging if you can stop all forms of damage happening to your cells.
So when I started seeing signs of rapid aging I was terribly upset. All I had been working for most of my adult life was falling apart.

No matter how good your anti-aging program is, if you're barely getting any sleep for 3 weeks straight you are going to start aging.
And quite frankly for much of the past year I had been struggling with tooth pain on and off. So my sleep was not good for quite a long time. I had several stretches throughout the year where I was really struggling to get to sleep because the tooth pain wouldn't let me fall asleep. Luckily it wasn't super painful all the time. But I had several times where things were getting really dicey there.
For much of the past year I was constantly taking multiple herbal pain relievers and constantly changing them as they stopped working depending on the severity of the pain.
My Mistake Was Focusing on Pain Relievers Rather Than Anti-Inflammatories
Well I can tell you now that since I started using the two potent herbal anti-inflammatories that I told my LEN members about in August, I have been almost completely pain free for at least 6 weeks. Those cheap but potent anti-inflammatory herbs have saved my life.
I don't even take any topical herbal pain relievers anymore. At the most painful times I was taking these herbal pain relievers like every twenty minutes throughout the day. And now I just don't need them anymore. All I need now is one anti-inflammatory herb taken daily and I am in Heaven. Yes it seems that either of the original two anti-inflammatories by themselves alone do the job of taking away my pain completely.
It's just like dealing with jetlag.
I am enjoying life again and gradually working my way back to a normal sleeping schedule. When you're regularly falling asleep at 5 and 6am or later it plays royal havoc with your sleep schedule. Thankfully I have been falling asleep at about the midnight hour in the last week or so. Now to work my way down to 10pm or so.
So then, I am doing great these days and I am getting a decent amount of sleep. Usually 7 or 8 hours. I can't sleep too much because then I will find it hard to continuously go to sleep earlier at night and beat this jetlag situation.
Once I get stabilized at around a 10pm bedtime I will shoot for sleeping 9 hours per night. Because one of the greatest anti-aging and healing things you can do is get more high quality sleep. Literally every system in the body works better when you get more sleep. Loads of the top pro athletes know this and they sleep 10 or more hours per night to give them peak performance capabilities.
So... did I stop aging again?
Yes it seems so. Only time will tell. LOL
And luckily the deeper wrinkles I saw when I was barely sleeping didn't look so bad once I started getting regular sleep again. But there's no question that period of severe sleep deprivation did cause some major deepening and lengthening of some of my wrinkles.
My experience is proof of the anti-aging power of sleep.
But something else amazing happened this past month. I not only stopped the aging process again but my crow's feet wrinkles of my right eye started disappearing. I don't really have them on the left eye anymore. Yet in the spring of 2020 I had fairly deep crow's feet wrinkles on both my left and right eyes.
This was something I totally wasn't expecting.
I woke up one morning and went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and noticed that my crow's foot wrinkles started filling in dramatically. They were shorter and much less deep. And this trend continued for the most part. Though not every night. It's like they're fading away as if they were never there at all.
What was I doing differently I wondered to myself?
Well just the week before I added a new food into my diet. Something I hadn't eaten in decades.
And this food happens to be absolutely loaded with a certain skin protective nutrient. You only need to eat very small amounts of it to get a LOT of this nutrient.
So I did some study on this nutrient and found out that it protects the skin multiple ways. Turns out it is one of the most important nutrients for preventing wrinkles and for overall skin health. Yet most people cooked and raw are deficient in this nutrient.
