Hello Roger! I would be curious to know more about what a spiritual person like yourself thinks about video games. Because I have to admit that... I am a gamer. Now, I agree that most video games nowadays are mindless violent trash, but they don't have to be and not all are. For me, they are a sport (I know, one that doesn't move your feet a lot), a way to visit interesting worlds and pretty landscapes, sometimes a surprising source of good music, some contain stories that really stimulate your imagination or allow you to express your creativity etc. So I'd be grateful if you could expand a little bit on video games as a health destroying lifestyle factor.
