Thanks for that article Roger, especially the picture of Sally Fallon, that alone was an eye opener. I am going to reconsider the raw food diet. I did do a partly raw diet for about 2 years, mainly adding lots of bananas and cherries and blueberries and pineapple in 2 huge smoothies per day, and it took a while but my sugar cravings for garbage sugar eventually really eased up, and I stopped having pulled muscles, and aches and pains. However, I did get sucked back into the "fruit is as bad as sugar B.S." and stopped all the fruit mostly, and I certainly dont feel any better. Also the whole vibration thing, like how can something dead like meat have high vibes!? And what you said about the media is so true too, and I should have known better, as I know that if the media pushes it, its a lie. There is a lady out there, Annette Larson I believe is her name, she is 80 now, and looks 35, and raw since 35. Anyway thanks for the reminder, I needed that!! Im excited to go out and buy all my favorite fruit to start back on my smoothies. Thanks again!! Cindy
Thanks for sharing Cindy. So glad I could help you see things in a different light.
There is an information war out there and has been for a very long time. The lies about diet that you hear in the mainstream sound so convincing to the uneducated. But they are lies nonetheless.
Thanks Roger (and DS) for another great post! In my youth, I wasn't concerned with nutrition, but I intuitively knew that vegetables and fruit are healthy, so I never believed when I heard things against them such as fruit is bad because of sugar... unfortunately that's only as far as intuition got me, it took many years on my own to figure that I'm feeling bad because of some things such as sodas, cake, milk, cheese, meat products etc. and then you came along and changed my perspective.
What would you say to people proposing a mixed diet containing both raw and cooked plant based and also occasional meat and dairy ? I think this is the diet most people ate before excessive food processing was a thing and my great grandparents lived long lives, many of them over 90, even though some of them smoked. At least these are some of the arguments people use against the raw food diet when I speak with them, they say that if food would be natural as it used to be, you wouldn't have to eat raw food or be concerned about diets. But I can see your answer, why bother eating inferior food if you can eat only the healthy stuff, right?
Anyway, I also must say I'm fired up for the info DS shared with you on Jesus, though I am no longer religious, he still is my biggest hero, I mean sacrificing your life in a painful way to prove that the spirit survives death, even knowing you'll get resurrected, is still something most of us wouldn't do. So I wish to know as much truth about him as possible, as he is a moral compass for so many people who otherwise wouldn't concern themselves with such things and they wouldn't know anything about God at all, probably myself included.
The problem is that almost EVERYONE is a cooked food addict. And so it seems so hard for them to go raw when in fact eating raw is super delicious and satisfying when done right. But a cooked foodist (like any other addict) places such great emphasis on his traditions of eating all sorts of delicious poisons that they feel a great loss at giving up their favorite recipes. Even if they know it is killing them.
As for your question I do believe my post fully answered it already. Especially reread what DS was emphasizing to me with a strong will. Dieing at 90 is actually quite young. In earlier times (around the time of the Bible) in human history the average person lived to around 100 and other people who were more focused on health and spirituality sometimes lived to 300 years and older.
Also reread the antioxidant and phytonutrient equation. It is simply not possible to stop the aging or disease process if you are consuming high levels of oxidants at every meal. This applies to ALL food once it has been cooked. This is just basic chemistry. It matters not the quality of the food. If you cook the food you chemically change it. I mean why cook the food if you don't at all change it chemically? And part of these chemical changes are a dramatic increase in the oxidant levels of the food. Thousands of new molecules are created by the cooking process. And these molecules are considered toxic by the human body. Eating cooked actually raises the white cell blood count as a result.
Today's cooked food (for at least 70 years) is made even worse by the intentional addition of hormones and chemicals to further weaken and destroy the human body. But even people 100 years ago where growing old and grey and dieing young and having all sorts of diseases. It was just less than today. The human diet in many countries today is the worst it has been in the last 100 years.
Wow! You have so much good information on our natural raw food diet. I know I can testify to many of these facts and benefits through my own personal experience. The Soul knows deep down what is true, and that is raw food is the best diet for humans. Thanks for all you have done in putting this article together!

Thanks for your great comment Mario.

Thanks for your comment Jake.
Yes I do believe that if more people relied on their intuition they would instantly know that eating raw is the best way to eat.
It took many hours to put this post together. But if it helps just one person see the light then I am happy.
